First I paste the org. copy.

Next I paste a black layer over the org copy.

Erased parts of the black layer to give the effect of lights on the house.

Next I tinted the windows to look like lights were on in some of the rooms.

Lowered the opacity of the black layer to make it more likr night time.

Next i had to darken up the sky a little more. Added lights to the side room on back of house. Then placed lights on the walkway. Brighten up the steps at roadside and hight lighted the trees and bushes.
