With the clone tool I erased the light's pole.

I altered the colour using hue/saturation with colorising.

Cut pasted in a new layer part of the wall.

Motion blur, chrome filter, and free transform tool.
step 5 of 5
Same part of the wall to create the mountains, then liquify. Painted reflections, lightnings and clouds.
