Copied the image layer. then using the clone tool removed the horses face.
step 2 of 3
Then on the layer 2 i pen tool the face of the guard out and placed it on the neck of the horse. then changed the layer to greyscale.
step 3 of 3
I then pen tooled the horses face out transformed it to fit and placed it over the guards face.
