I started at the the middle to work outwards using a grid. These first 6 layers consist of 2 starts, 2 circles an ornament and a flower.

Next I used the heart shape. This is 8 layers of hearts rotated to get this shape.

2 different layers of a seal shape.

Merged 2 layers using this ornament shape.

Added the green sun shape and started working on the outside circles.
