Isolate the fingers by deleting all the background. Use burn tool and shadow.

Use line tool to draw the "circuit". Use shadow and emboss.

Put them together. Add the 3 circuits by copy-paste the background and free transform to smaller shape. Adjust the perspective. Put shadow and emboss.
step 4 of 4
Fill the empty spaces in the background with black. Add rectangle to the middle, and put lens flare.
