the teddy bear was created in corel draw with the free pen tool. colored the parts of the teddy bear with the gradient fill option. it's not so hard to draw it. just make round forms and try to merge them nicely.

the running teddy bear is made the same way. just look at the next image to see parts of the body.

to make the green part of the tree work with circles. make several circles of different size, color them with green and set them on "no line". Then just put them together and form the green part of the tree.

The clouds and the sun are made with the custom shape tool. Used the gradient overlay option, from blending options for adding them a shiny effect. The landscape is pretty easy to realize. I've just played with the free pen tool in Corel Draw and made the hills colored in different ways for a more striking effect. I made the lake in the same, just added some more shadows and highlights in Photoshop. Blended the yellow flowers over the light green background using the screen mode. On the basket and on the cup cakes I've added the cutout effect for generating a cartoonish effect.
