I duplicated the layer, added a smart blur to the top layer

on top layer, i used a soft brush deletion tool at different opacities to make her facial features clear again

cut out some zebra hair

started adding it around her head with warping and transforming

Wasnt really sure how to do the top of her head

so I added in a hair piece by drawing in where i wanted it

added in a green piece found on the zebra source photo

added in a pattern overlay

added in more hair to come over the hairpiece

added purple over her iris

fixed various elements. gave her make up. drew in more eyelashes (that was kind of a ongoing thing throughout this)

Decided I neeed more zebra in there somehow so i cut out a circle and brought it in, not sure at this point what i would do.

Ended up using the twirl feature and adding it to the top of her head
