Added a sepia tone using filter and a slight gaussian blur.

Added the bridge source image.
Copied the hand and flipped it horizontal to get both hands, then added them on top of the bridge.
Resized and warped the two images to fit the edges of the book.

Made the image slightly lighter and added some high pass filter for better definition.

Final image.
Added frame, corrected some lines on top of the pages using clone stamp tool, and added an overall high pass filter with a radius of 4.9 pixels, changed blending mode to vivid light and lowered opacity down to 18%.
