Added a layer mask, went to channel mixer, clicked on monochrome. Then i set the blending mode of the masked layer to multiply,

Added in bride. Used feather brush to cut her out of background since she was going to be blurry anyway. Desaturated her colors to black and white.

Played with opacity and Gaussian blur. I did this in several layers as her bottom of the gown was so white it looked so off from the top of her body. Her bottom half is more transparent, but thats because she is "manifesting" as a ghost. It takes time you know :)
