Rename Layer to dolls1 .

select the (side dolls) yellow dolls and green dolls rightclick and click Layer via Copy . Rename this Layer to dolls2 . On layers Click the eye on the side of dolls1 layer to hide it temporary. then on dolls2 select yellow dolls and press ctrl+T(shortcutkeys for free transform selection) on keyboard and drag the yellow dolls far left. again on dolls2 select green dolls and press ctrl+T on keyboard and drag the green dolls far right.
create new adjustment layer (Layer -- New Adjustment Layer -- Hue/saturation).press ok, then change hue to your desired color of dolls dress and press ok. on hue/saturation layer Use eraser tool on the head of dolls for the original color. then merge dolls2 and hue/saturation layer, rename it to dolls2.unhide dolls1 and hide dolls2layer (click on eye beside each layers)

(Ctrl+J) duplicate dolls1 layer. press Ctrl+t and drag down to be in front of lined dolls and move one corner of the square to adjust the size of picture, when finished click check. then hide all layers.

For Background (chinese flag)
Create new layer
Click on Gradient Tool Choose color red. drag line from left to right, then again Create new layer
Click on Custom Shape Tool make stars (one big and 4 small) and color it yellow then merge all stars and gradient layer. rename this layer to flag

change the options normal to softlight beside Opacity and unhide all layers.

Create new layer
Click on Gradient Tool Choose color red and drag line from left to right,then click on filter-render-clouds and put the layer down to the last making background foggy.

For center doll (emphasizing)
(Ctrl+J) duplicate dolls1 layer. use laso tool and select center doll, right click on it and click on select inverse, then press delete key to remove other dolls. move this layer on top to emphasize its originality.
