I used a layer mask, and painted with a soft brush to blend in.

Changing the blues in the sky (basically I adjusted the blu curve in
a curves adjustment layer, and made it to a steep S-curve). Then I
made a red-to-grey gradient from the top right corner, and blended
it in with a brush.
Then I also changed the colour settings for the other layers. In
general I tried to lighten up the lady and horse, and darkening the
rest - and also adding warm color.
