Accented Edges, Diffuse, select the background, new layer, Clouds, Darken (Blending), Render Lighting (clown layer), Smudge

Duplicate Layer, bass relief, Darken blending.

Gradient map, duplicate layer, top layer exclusion (blending), bottom layer lens flare eyes and render lighting
step 8 of 8
On the exclusion layer draw two perpendicular straight lines.
