Copy the first layer. Solarize it and set it to the difference blending mode.

Create a new layer. Render clouds around 1 light using a marquee tool.

Duplicate the layer. Move it. Set both to hard light.

Render clouds (on a new layer) and liquify it so the clouds move down the tunnel.

Duplicate that layer.
step 6 of 8
Use the wave filter.
step 7 of 8
Render lighting effects and liquify again.
step 8 of 8
Set the opacity to the top 2 cloud layers to 50%.
