Made a circle and copied rocks from source image.

Added second planet and placed it behind first planet.

To add perspective, I added a third smaller rocky planet.

Connected the third planet to the second planet by using the clone stamp.

Starting with a small soft brush, I added the water beginning with the smallest planet. Then, I added the big waterfall using a bigger, soft brush. I reduced the opacity of the white to indicate that the water fall is far away from earth.

Finally, I added the constellation. Note that the stars are smaller in the distance to create space dimension.
