After screening the face with a 50% gray noise pattern, I used a surface blur to help even out her complexion.

Then I spot treated as much as I could of her face.

Then I touched up her face using a dodge brush.

After dodging the face, I added noise too.
step 5 of 7
I dodged the irises, and added an addition of a levels adjustment layer.
step 6 of 7
Then I did a surface blur again on a duplicate layer and erased the hair, eyes, and lips.
step 7 of 7
After that I did minor touch ups by adding definition to her nose and eyes.
