Outline mirrors and add black background.

copy merge entire image and create new layer and motion blur.

Duplicate layer use on 'hard light' mode...then repeat only using on 'overlay' mode.

add light steaks on new layer and sharpen other layers using Unsharp masking.

Bring back mirrors on new layer. Duplicate to new layer and use on 'color dodge' mode at 50% opacity.

Create shape using reference file for silhouette.

draw and add arm with pointing finger.
step 9 of 9
Increase saturation overall.
