Just a basic gradient gray and dark gray for background

added my lens after I used the selection tool to cut it out with cs4

I then added the full picture spun it with the free transform big enough to fill my lens

I then made a selection with the lasso tool inside my lens and hit ctrl j or cmmd j and changed the layer of my gun to soft ligh. What that did was cut out anything outside my selection and kept what I wanted

on my selection layer I went to filter, distort, spherize and added 28% to my selection to add a bulge to my lens and also went to curves and gave it a slight s curve. I also went to filter sharpen, unsharp mask and did a 20-60-0 defog and there ya go very easy thank you to all
