Open the stock and save as TIF.
Open the Tif file in photoshop as raw camera file, so it will launch the Adobe Camera Raw.
Play around with the settings to get your image and save as psd file

Open the file psd and duplicate the original, turn vertically, apply a layer mask, using gradient tool and merge down.

Duplicate the layer again and turn horizontally, apply mask layer with gradient tool, and merge down.
step 4 of 4
That´s all. As you can imagine it is not equal to my contest because that one was modified and its layers merged down, but this was the proccess.
