I cut these sections of the window on the right then flipped horizontal and distorted. then placed over the woman on the left.
step 2 of 4
then using the clone stamp tool and heal I blended in the edges and recreated the wall corner and area above the window where the womans head was.
step 3 of 4
Then on another layer I created a mask around the woman using the various select tools and quick mask.
step 4 of 4
I then desaturated the woman and added a film grain texture, lowered the opacity to 71% and added an outer glow.
