Remove the background and take paint over the tires.

Create simple little rocket parts. Created star shaped cloud filter. Warped them into triangle.
step 3 of 5
Added sunglasses because bikers need them to look mysterious.
step 4 of 5
Last was the bandanna. Used a picture of a skull to paint just the lower half on the bandanna.
step 5 of 5
Fixed the bandanna a little just to show its not flat. Also changed the background to better contrast with baby.
