copied it twice and used Gaussian blur then played wit blending option and opecity

to get nice reflection i duplicated all layer and merged it and transformed it and placed below orginal then i masked the inverted image using gradient from white to black and then reduced the opacity

then i added the mouse and give him the naughty smile and also added shadow to it
