Started with cutting the biggest leaves. Picked two to make the balloon.

Warped a small part to create one stitch. Duplicated this many times. For every duplicate little changes so the whole set of stitches is not too regular.

Added a background and started work on the "basket".

Added the ropes. Still trying to find a good background (some rendered clouds and gradient fills).
