pasted the coconut on the stone ball, positioned and masked it. deleted the background

added a new background, applied lens blur. also blurred the back of the original photo to match the background.
step 3 of 4
expanded the picture to the size of the palm background, made a new layer where i cloned the source photo so it would appear that it was originally shot from a wider angle, added the family.
step 4 of 4
copied and merged everything, made a couple of adjustment layers along with a thin border and there it is:
