First off, I CRTL+T and right clicked to choose 'flip Vertical' (ohhh, you cheat, I hear you say)

Then 'L' for the lasso tool and roughly off around his nose.

CRTL+J to paste to a new layer then hid this new layer. 'S' for the clone tool and cloned out the original nose.

Let's see. I cut out the head with the pen tool, made a black background with some noise (ok, ok I couldn't be bothered to mask out all the hair so I cheated. Again. Well, it was a beach day, today).

Put the nose back in and added another mask, did the same with the eyes.

Burned where the mouth was going to go.

God I hate doing SBS. Should call 'em SOB. Or maybe i'm just lazy. Anyhoo, did I mention I went to the beach today?

Teeth from the horse image just warped into place and masked, neck made from the guy's forehead and copied, merged, burned, etc.

Then the smudge brush to make the edges not look so f***ing crap, copied the black background layer and put it on top with gradient mask (to hide my mistakes (cheating again).

And that's it really, Bob's your Uncle, or maybe Aunt, if you're from Algeria ;)
