duplicate the layer then mask out the capsule.
now use liquify and warp to shape it.
when u r satisfied with the outcome duplicate the layer and use free transform to turn the second part.

on the background layer use the clone stamp and healing brush to cover up the original capsule.
now select the left half circle and the ball on the right piece and open the hue/saturation window, pull the saturation to the left until there is no more color then pull the lightness a bit to the left til its a bit black. do the same for the other piece only this time pull the lightness to the right. now change the blending mode of both layers to overlay (or any other blend mode that seems ok)
and ur done =)
