Made a isotype figure with the pen tool and filled it with blue color...

Also made an another isotype figure with the color red...

Now added the paper texture over the blue isotype figure and set it multiply...

Now gave it a scissor cut look and did the same to the red isotype figure too...

Now skewing the blue isotype figure and adding layer style as shown in the ss...

Now skewing the red isotype( after making copies of it) and pasting the layer style to it...

Now making 9 more instance of the red isotype figure( that makes 10 of em)...

Now making a group of the isotypes and duplicating the groups and resizing and placing them...
