First I chopped out one of the tubes for her head.

Then I added one side and erased the extra to make it look like it is out of one side of her head

Next I added the opposite side in the same manner.

Next I used the burn tool to burn around the inside of her eyes and used a bit of the dodge tool for the iris area.

I then duplicated the layer and when I added above with a multiply mask it became nothing but the eyes and tubes - PS I also burned and dodged a bit on the tubes prior to this step.

I then added the tubes in front of her eyes and inverted them.

I added a layer to the top and brought down the opacity a bit for blending but not too much as I was going for more of a poster look.

I then added in some lightning for more goth and added in some shading to the face and a bit of dodging to the head and slightly to the face to show more of a light from the tubes.
