Image>adjustments>curves and pull the curve upwards slightly to create a kind of spotlight effect. Then go to hue/saturation and choose a light violet colour. To get the blue glow, use replace colour.

Extract the burger top (for this I used the magnetic lasso tool) and slightly blur it and scale it down and then use curve to darken it so it fits into the surroundings.

Then, I took out the cheese from the burger using the same method and flippe and transformed it to fit the model.

Finally, i blurred everything a little, and on another layer (overlay) i added a bit of make up and blurred that too. Then I removed the remaining things and scaled them down to proportion.
