copied the left part of the sky to the right side of the image, adjusted brightness/contrast and exposure.

i added the windmills and the river from the other source

added the swan and tweaked vibrance, contrast and levels

step 5 of 5

further adjustments, added a new layer which i filled with black and set it to soft light (66%). copied the entire image, put some gaussian blur on that layer and set that layer to hard light (39%). i also added a thin border
