i started first with painting the outlines and adding few other lines to the original image.

then started with editing the boy's face and cuting and copying to create the mountain and snow effect
step 3 of 4
here i have used various brush and painted the image with moon,stars ,snowy mountains and snowman
step 4 of 4
finally added some soft light to the image
