Then I took the four images and placed them inside the document...

Now taking Fille face image, traced his face quite roughly...
I didn't want the image to be accurate...

Now copying the gold image layer, adjusting it and placing it...

Now making the path as selection and masking the gold layer...

In this way, I completed the face part...

Now doing the same process for the whole image... I get this...

Lastly adding a black border with the help of mask and erasing some of the edges with a grunge brush...
