First use the clone tool to get rid of the apples.

Now cut out the car, you can do this by using the pentool or simply using the magicwand/quickselection tool.
I have warped the car a little bit so it looks like it's still developing and it's not 'ripe'.
The roof is made out off several layers blendingmode>Overlay.
Then I've put more cars in the tree and gave them a gaussianblur. Filter>Blur>Gaussianblur.
Then I did some higlighting and darkning, etc.
