i cut the hair, applied gradient, used brush and smudge to make it look more like hair, then shadows and highlights.

for the face i used radial gradient and then i made shadows with a soft brush with low opacity.

i masked the mouth, i applied pillow emboss. for the teeth i used soft brush with low opacity.

i applied pillow emboss to the eyes too and then made a little yellow circle for the pupil.

the match is made with rectangular marquee tool and then wooden texture.

i masked the hand, applied several layers of shadows and highlights.

the light is made with a radial gradiant layer.
