First i cut the street sigh using the pen tool and the i put it on the new layer

on this step i cut the half of the sign and paste it on another layer

on this step i add the base of the sign

I select the base of the sign using the pen tool and then i copy and paste on the new layer and i then i make the arms and legs for my country robot

on this step i just copy and paste and then i make the body and the head
step 6 of 6
Now i just a new background to try fit with my robot
