make a new layer and add color for outfit and a new layer for skin

use burn tool to create shadows, keep in mind light direction

with the dodge tool create highlights and in a new layer add hair, here i used liquify to roughly mix the colors

new layer add color to cape, use burn and dodge tools to render

merge all layer and transfer to brick wall image. multiply layer
step 10 of 10
duplicate layer and set to overlay
