Take coaster side.

Used actual track to use for middle building. Outlined to isolate.

Used 'chrome' filter for initial distortion of insides along with motion blur.

Add balcony bars by creating neutral color strips and beveling them with a warp of 'Arch'.

Add shadows for each.

Added 'hue and saturation' layer to side strips.

Create far left green building shape.

Darken side and add faint windows using tone curves and dodge and burn layer on 'overlay' mode using 50% grey color.

Add side lights to edge of building along with faint yellow colors.

Rotate and use vanishing point to add 'height' to top mid left building. Also blurring the the furthest point at top.

Add vignette grey layer as backing fir building behind green grate.

Add texture by adding noise and then motion blur.

Colorize grate area.

Create shape/mask from reference building file. Shown later in SBS.

Merge reference mask with mid building elements.

For far right building...used vanishing point to add more 'height' to building. Rotate for perspective angle.

Use color range to select areas in between floors to color yellow (as window lighting). Use on 'hard light' mode.

Create layer with black for sky.

Create render clouds layer above 'black' layer.

Use rendered cloud layer on 'overlay' mode.

With the two layers blended...added stars. Just white color with small speck brush.

Create shape for foreground building in color.

Shade side to give shape. Using Tone curve.

Add spotlights to top of building. Various blending modes...'soft light' and 'overlay'. Created with wide angle brush and motion blur along with layer mask fade.

Put all buildings on top of black cloud layer. Then added 'lights' to various buildings.
