At first draw a skatch like this (is funny hehe but it is only a skatch ;p )...

...now cut the hopper image...

...try to put the parts on the skatch...

...take this parts to do a sword (from the eyes and back)...

...now try to do like this...

...put in position...

...press Crl+Shift+U to do a gray color and then use curves...
step 8 of 10
...transform...
step 9 of 10
...try to do a lines with adding some blur and play with opacity...
step 10 of 10
...use guassian blur, smudge tool and add lens flare to your image and you have the end result.
