i selected the mother-child, colored it by making a new layer & fill the selection, than changed the blending mode

i selected the hair & changed it's color by making another layer, adding the color & changing its blending mode

changed the hair color again by duplicating the 1st colored layer & changing its blending mode again & deleting some parts of it to give it a highlight ;)

i added the hair lock by cutting some of the hair & changing it a little

cloned some of the flowers to cover the white spot on the left...

changed the color of the leaves using hue/saturation adjustment to nice green :)

removed the glowing parts by cloning & healing brush

i put some make up on her, just using the brush tool :)

i selected the shirt & colored it as i did with the hair :P

colored the little cute baby's head with the brush tool :)

i merged the whole thing & duplicate it, used Gaussian blur & changed the blending mood & opacity :)

i deleted the hair area so the under layer with the highlighted hair would show :D
