Started with the picture of my little friend and cut out the part I wanted to use
sources used for this step:- : source
step 2 of 4
Cut out just the lizard and desaturated it.
step 3 of 4
Used the shape from step 2 to remove the colors from the source image
step 4 of 4
Put the color cutout over the desaturated little guy and set that layer as "Overlay" then put the original source in the background and gave it a gaussian blur for the finished product
