Cut out lamp and warp lamp. Add blue colour with photo colour: deep blue.

Draw some stingers for the jellyfish.

Flip backround horizontal and colourize yellow fish blue so it is not the focus of the image.

Add to backround. Add another jelly fish and blur + photo filter.

Cut the head of the crab.

Add some flippers and flip both horizontal.

Colour eyes gold with colour replacement tool.

Add turtle to backround, blur a tiny bit, put water layer on and overlay.

Add another Jellyfish, blur, photo filter.

Add one more jelly(repeat last step for jelly) and add orange tint to coral to make it more lively.
