Find the face.

Mask the ape out. I've tried several masking products. I still prefer to erase everything but the subject and then use the blur tool around the edges and paint in anything I need. Yes, it takes way too long.

I took this with a Sony Powershot converted to Infrared. Later on, I did Auto Levels and then a black and white conversion.

Bring in the Monkey.

Drag and drop the Alien spacecraft.

More masking on the ape. More work on the ship. Bring the face out more on the alien without going over the top.

Add the Knoll Light factory starburst.

Fill the sky in with black and add pinpoints of white on a separate layer. Add Guassian blur 20%. Rinse and repeat.
