I made the background with the box.

I made the podium with the box, and I corrected the shadow using burn tool.

I create a text layer for each number and then merge it. Use color burn as blend mode and 38% opacity.

I pasted the hens and egg.

I masked the hens and pasted the medals. I used warp tool to adjust the medals to the hens.

Some levels adjust. For a color effect I used a desaturated layer in overlay blend mode and 28% opacity. For unsharp I used the filter high pass (filter --> other --> High pass) and put the layer in overlay blend mode.
