The back of the skull appears "missing," with the top of the head only attached at the back of the jaw, and the neck scales seem to change direction - they are pointing upwards, suddenly, before they just "fade away" into a blur.
This is a very interesting drawing, but you should work on it a bit more for visual consistency.
Cool drawing! I like how the skull narrows into a point behind the horn! Good luck!
