That Tapir doesn’t have 5 legs…that additional ‘leg’ is actually just his penis. Horses and Tapirs are closely related and when their penis is not retracted into the sheath, it relaxes and dangles like that.

I’m sorry, but that 5 legged Tapir does not have 5 legs. If it does, then I have 3 legs LOL. Most “legs” don’t grow from the groin. Whoever mistook that for a fifth leg is a moron. That’s a 4 legged tapir 10 feet from another female tapir in heat (not in the pic, obviously).
