For Example
A and B are too Entries
A get 5 Vote = 45,50,60,30,20
its avrage is = (45+50+60+30+20)/5
so Marks of A is = 41
and
B get 3 Vote = 60+70+75
so marks of B is = 68.333
So entry B will be on first position.
