OliviasArts: i dont think it is a case of being lazy godankarichal... i think its more of a case that people are still learning. Alot of us are beginners in photoshop and still trying to figure out how to use things. And with a beginner, if you see something you like, then naturally you are going to go and try create it yourself, but try and make it that little bit better

gopankarichal: Hi OliviasArts, I can understand there is lot of beginners in PXLEyes. Problem is, If you suggest a change or pointing out some issues in the entry, most of them are not ready to accept it, or not reacting to the comment. Even in final day the entry will remain with all these problems. Another issue is some of the PXLEyes members have negative approach to comments. They will reacts this way â€œI am not finding any mistakes, great work author, high votesâ€. I donâ€™t know what they are gaining. They are actually enemies for a beginner or any member. i will give a constructive comment, but only if i understand what i am talking about myself

otherwise i might make more of a mess of someones image lol.... i also try to find tutorials if i can to help people that i think will appreciate it

AnyaElude: it might be, gopankarichal, that people do not take kindly to your constructive comments as you are short and blunt when making them. Contestants are more likely to make changes if they know WHY they should make then, and not just being told to ( 5 years and 3587 days ago )

it was really hard to think of something original and at the same time to fit the poppies in the image. in the end, i thought that creating a nice contrast with the red will be a good choice. my new graphic tablet was very useful in order to make the shadows and the lightings. Enjoy!

PS in the SBS, the first 2 steps are ment to show you that the owner of the image with the girl has agreed upon using the stock image.

I have reconstructed the butterfly and the ladybug based on two images taken from "stock.xchng" using the selection of the main poppy in the source image.
Recreated a close up from the poppie field backround.
Used a lot of adjustment layers for colors, lightning, gradients and brightness/contrast (I wanted to get a strong color and light effect so that's why I was bit more daring with them...)
Also added some light beams using a free brush taken from the great site "obsidiandawn" at http://www.obsidiandawn.com/.

With so many entries...I hope you will still find this pleasant!
