(5 years and 3815 days ago)It's not unusual to have a similar idea. Yours is totally different. It's a cute idea but I think the glass needs work. It needs a highlight and shouldn't look so opaque. (5 years and 3836 days ago)I don't think there's any direct copyright infringement. This seems more like a parody. The name "Daily Planet" is used by many tabloids just like "The Daily News" or "The Tribune". Adding the reflection helps but the flying guy's reflection looks a little large.
