I'd crop off the second floor of the building and the foreground up to near the feet of the frontmost chair.

This is too cluttered and busy a composition, although that may be what you wanted...Cropping a bit more off the bottom and right hand side (to the edge of the fish banner) will get rid of the concrete area outside the fence and most of the car on the street, which add nothing to your focal point.

the lass in the middle with the spotted bikini and the tum needs to invest in a new suit...... there is a serious case of 'fallout' here............. lol
