I guess the reason it was removed was the angle it was taken from to high an angle, you are still looking down at the fruit, rather than straight at it.

Don't worry, we all do that in the beginning, but as we get tired of having our photos removed, we start to read more carefully, and still make mistakes but hopefully fewer.

A bit late to complain or ask for more clarification. I think this photo illustrates the 'law', To follow your thinking we would have a photo with no bales, which would give us no hint at the law what so ever.
