Love the color matching! Only suggestion would be for a harsher light on top of the new guy. Just enough to match the other guys. Good luck!

I can see some errors at the edges (head and under the chin area) You could make a clipping mask with the head copy itself and use the clone stamp on the top layer (edges), that will do it. then if needed use a very little amount of blur and tiny smudged strands sot that it defines a shape with respect to the head. Good job though and good luck friend
